I highly recommend. I have a unique situation where my divorce occurred in California years ago and I now live in Washington State. When I did an inquiry with a local attorney where I live, he recommended Stephanie Mahdavi for the modification of child support. I am glad I called her office. Both she and her Paralegal (Lisa Castro) are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and don't take advantage of you. They are aggressive in making sure you get what you legally are entitled to. 5 stars, for sure.

Stephanie has been my lawyer for over 4 years and I highly recommend her. I have been through many lawyers who I could not reach and they couldn't remember details of my case, and they took my money without trying to do what was best for my family. Stephanie has an excellent memory and often remembers my case better than I do which is a rare and necessary quality. I can always get a hold of her by phone and email and she is always knowledgeable and helpful. Stephanie can also empathize with me when I'm fighting for what's right for my child and she really cares about doing what's best for my family. Her entire team works well together to always help me with whatever I need. My case is very complicated and takes an office like hers that can handle this much work and they do a great job. Stephanie’s the best!

I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie as her outstanding team for almost 2 years. All the attouneys, paralegals and office staff worked quickly so I could best protect my son against his neglectful father, my ex fiancé. I was able to get a no-contact order against his father's current spouse after her most recent suicidal attempt and involentary psychiatric hold. I also was able to get court orders for garnished child support after being given checks that couldn't be cashed and excuses for non-payment on top of him denying paternity of our son to friends and coworkers. After my ex decided to cease all contact with our son for 6 months, he forced himself into my son's daycare, I worked with Stephanie's office to get declarations to protect my son and the daycare. I now have 100% custody and court orders state my ex fiancé can't communicate with our son and can't open up a life insurance policy on my son as he has with his daughter. My son is disabled and needs extra support, he's much better off now and gets regular meals and acknowledgement. This was all for my son and his safety and well being. If you need someone in your corner its Stephanie and her team.
