I first met Lisa through Collaborative Law Practice and Mediation groups. I have been honored to be a presenter on collaborative topics to her Collaborative Practice Group. She is heavily involved in consensual and informed out of court resolutions for couples and families in the transition of divorce. She is very empathetic and knowledgeable in this field. We hired Zonder Family Law to handle our divorce mediation. Lisa and Matt, along with their staff, were terrific to work with during this difficult time. Entering into a custody battle is never easy. Finishing a custody battle is even more difficult. Kristina Kell helps you handle it all with dignity, strength and most of all vision for a positive outcome with your child. My case was as difficult as it comes. A move away situation. My ex wife would not settle and had a team of lawyers and unlimited funds. I did not. But I did fortunately have Kristina. She can craft excellent briefs. Sharp email retorts to opposing council when needed. And most importantly if going to trial is unavoidable, Ms Kell is a warrior poet in the courtroom. She does her homework on the judge and knows case law to back her well thought out arguments. She can think on her feet so to be never thrown by opposing council. But most importantly she always listened to my concerns and knew my pain points. She never over sold me and or told me what I wanted to hear. She just tried to be honest and to always give me all the possible scenarios. Sadly we lost our case. But we did win some valuable points in the judgement. We had a tough up hill battle and I'm so glad I had Kristina in the foxhole with me. I highly recommend Kristina as a family law attorney. More importantly I recommend her as a good person to Shepard you through a terrible time in your life.

Kristina is fantastic and did a great job on my Husband's custody case with regard to my step son. She's extremely honest, transparent and strategically builds a narrative around the areas of strength. We also felt that her pricing was fair which is hard to find in family law. Opposing counsel inundated her with emails and rather than charging us for each response, she answered only the messages that really required a response. In court, we won in some areas, lost in others, none of which happened without a fight that left us feeling accomplished knowing we did all we could. My case was had been on-going with extensive drawn out complications including a MOVE-AWAY living scenario. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Julie is. She helped me through a very stressful custody battle with my ex. Not only was she there for me throughout the entire process. She was able to get me everything I was asking for but did it with out having to go through a costly legal battle. She has the ability to be strong and aggressive when needed but can also negotiate and help calm intense situations. After reading other reviews about how Julie’s office was like a family, and how much individual attention she gave to her clients, I knew she was the one for me. Looking for legal counsel I was desperate for someone that could help me to fight to retain custody of my children, something I was very concerned I would lose in spite of being a great father and an active duty military member. Julie was honest and realistic and her and the whole office supported me throughout everything. She helped me reign in my expectations and set me up for success in mediation. Her staff helped me find my voice in my personal testimony to the court. Kathy, Sylvia and Kristina really made me feel at home when I came to the office and helped me work through all the stressful details of the paperwork. I can’t even imagine how I would have done any of this on my own. Julie’s office is busy, because she is really good at what she does, so don’t let that be a discouragement. I’m happy to say that we were able to settle my case out of court and are on track to 50/50 custody. The last 5 months have been the most stressful of my life and the whole office supported me throughout it all.
