Ms. Madrigal is bilingual, she helped my mother with making a Power of Attorney. My mom felt happy and at ease when she sought Ms.Madrigal's help. We were referred to her by family. My aunts also seek her legal advice and services. Ms. Madrigal is very understanding and patient.
