I would recommend David Chesley Law Offices to anyone. I came in with a first time DUI case and nerves up the wall. And after David’s meet and conference with instructions of what will happen as what will be done, my confidence and trust was completely on him. David represented me in a case to have my records sealed. I went through several uphill battles and it took a while, however when it was all said and done he got it completed. I had hired another attorney from California before who was not successful and way over-charged me. I contacted Mr. Chesley and his firm because some unfortunate events had left me in a jam. Detectives were demanding I testify or be prosecuted for a crime I didn’t commit. (I wasn’t involved or even at the scene of the alleged crime when it supposedly took place.) Mr. Chesley explained to me that he had been through similar situations with his clients before and understood exactly what was going on. His response to what took place was nothing short of amazing. No matter how small my concern, Mr. Chesley addressed it in a timely manner. He advocated for what is right and empathized with me in dealing with the Court system. This place is weird I met with Rome here and this place just rents offices by the hour they could be there one hour and be gone the next I felt more comfortable going to a building that looks like a real lawfirm where you can walk in and find them during regular business hours

I rated this 5 stars for the simple fact that with out them i would be in much trouble with the law, I was charged and scared. I didn't know what to do or who to turn to, i went ahead and told my lawyer everything and the Law Offices of David chesley reassured me i was going to be ok, i can't share much of my case but i want to reveal to all how great this firm was to me.

Will got my conviction reversed on appeal and got me out of jail early. He is the man! When I was in jail he always wrote me back and kept me informed.
