Very useful, patient first consultation. Approaching a total loss bankruptcy in my life is daunting, but I understand better where I am going after a consult with Mr Gebelt. I just wanted to take the time leave a comment about my lawyer Nicholas Gebelt. The first lawyer I called before him talked to me for every bit of 45 seconds. After finding out my situation, and without warning, she switched off the line, and pawned me off to her assistant, who explained that they couldn’t help me. So now I’m off to a bad start. Feeling determined to find a good lawyer, I continued searching on the internet. I eventually found Mr. Gebelt’s website. There was just something about his wise, knowing smile that made me feel as if I should give him a try. My intuitions were correct: Not only was Nicholas a gracious host at his home in Whittier, but he was very patient, and supportive during the whole process. Mr Gebelt was retained by my wife after an injury caused her to medically retire. ( Her big brother had recently passed away and she picked him out of the phone book solely because his first name is Nicholas !!) Medical bills and no longer able to work ,she accrued much debt,and was compelled to file bankruptcy.
