I plead no contest to a reckless driving case for driving very fast and was issued 40 days of Cal Trans service that I did not complete. Mr. Montes De Oca negotiated a generous extension of time and reduced the Cal Trans to community service. Later on, he directed me on how to get the charge expunged. I have never heard about this case after a background check for employment purposes. I would highly recommend Mr. Montes De Oca for any legal service.

Awesome defense attorney. Christopher did an excellent job of keeping me worry-free throughout my case.
