There was an error in scheduling our appointment...BUT...despite that, Jaquieline Segovia, having others scheduled, worked us in between to complete and motorize the changes we had made in our will. Even further, she explained to us in laymens terms, things that both my wife and I did understand that had be written in legal terms. She was personable and patient with all my questions for further calcification on things. Despite the fact that Jaquieline was squeezing us into her schedule, we did not feel rushed and felt that all bases that had been covered. While we were annoyed at the beginning with the error in scheduling, by the time we left, my wife and I agreed...SHE WAS GOOD!!!

I could not have been more impressed with the office. I needed to create a trust super fast for my father to do a reverse mortgage. They said normally it's 2 weeks but would put a rush on it due to circumstances. They kept me informed every step of the way amd what was going to happen when.
