Robert J. Sherwin represented me fairly and helped me get the medical attention I needed. I am very pleased with the advocacy he provided for me.

I was a 31 year firefighter with VCFD. I had numerous on the job injuries, the worst were cumulative trauma to my back. Trying to use the county’s work comp system was most often slow, unpleasant and a waste of time. Thanks to Mr. Sherwin, I was able to get through the process and receive treatment. By the time I was reaching the end of my career, Mr. Wicke was able to deal with the county’s attorneys and bureaucratic nonsense. In the end, I received a deserved medical retirement. Unfortunately, I still have unresolved medical issues. Mr Sherwin was able to again deal with the Sedgwick (workers comp) and get all my issues settled. In this way I never had to go through the county again and can seek my own treatment through my insurance. This process is much quicker. Days instead of months. There is no way in Ventura County to manage this process without this great team of lawyers.

Justin Feldman is an incredible attorney. My case took 3 1/2 years to settle. During that time, he always stayed in contact with me to update me or just to check in and see how I was doing. He would return my calls or texts quickly whenever I had any questions. He treated my wife and I like family and truly had my best interests in mind while handling my case. The first point to note is that Attorney Justin Feldman is an amazing attorney and a solid individual! Unfortunately, my daughter Alexis was involved in a very serious car accident and suffered significant injuries. Larry Rosenberg likely saved my life. In 2013 while discussing a wrist injury, I happened to mention a heart award through a different attorney in 1986. That award allows me to see a cardiologist annually. I told him that I hadn't seen a cardiologist since 1986. He STRONGLY encouraged me to get to a cardiologist ASAP. A short time later, it was discovered that I have an ascending aortic aneurysm. Had I not followed his recommendation, I would not be on the medication and care I have today, or worse, maybe not here at all. I have some former coworkers that tell me they are very frustrated with their attorneys. Larry has always been there for me. I am lucky to have him and his staff on my side.
