I’ve knowing Mr. Todd for over 20 years +. I find him someone of his caliber. He made it always easy to work with him and come back for any service. Mr. Todd is worthwhile attorney. The office and his staff is so careful and professional about everything they do and was really an advocate on my side, picking out all of the strongest points of my cases. I know this based on my following experience: I am an attorney that referred a class action to Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman, P.C. to file against a large Fortune top 50 Evil-doing tech firm. Evil-doing Tech fought Todd and his team every step of the way. Todd laid out over $100k in litigation expenses that were crucial in proving Evil-doing Tech's misconduct. The case finally settled. Of course, Evil-doing Tech company never admitted wrong-doing as is the standard in these cases when they settle. But Evil-doing Tech company, paid for its misconduct in the terms of a financial settlement. Also, Law Offices of Todd M. Let me start with a little background. I’ve had a recurring issue with my car since the day I bought it, 5 years ago. After seven trips to the dealership with multiple fact finding trips in between I ran out of warranty. So Honda only wanted to cover half my repairs. That wasn’t going to fly. So originally I hired the guy who “wrote the book on lemon law” (what a joke). This other agency took me as a client, I never even spoke with the lawyer. They wrote a letter and Honda denied the claim. So what did they do? They dropped me as a client, claiming my car has too many miles, (that happens when the problems been going on for five years). So that night I googled law firms and came across Todd. I literally wrote an email in the middle of the night on a whim. The next morning I was surprised to find a reply from Todd Friedman himself. He took me on as a client, he put me in touch with Meghan George. Meghan took all my information via, phone, email, and mail. They wrote a letter and got denied again. So it was to my surprise that they followed through and filed suit. That’s when things changed. Honda all of a sudden was listening. After couple of back and forthwith, Honda ended up settling for double the amount I needed for a new transmission. They didn’t charge me a dollar until I settled. Then they took the standard 40%. All in all, I’m very please. They did everything in a timely manner, very professional and kind people at this particular law firm. Having the actual lawyer take charge was what I needed. With the other lawyer, he never even saw my file, the only time I spoke with him was when he commented on my review. (I shut him down quick.) I know this is long winded, but I think it’s important. I’ve never In my life dealt with lawyers, and I was about to give up altogether, but Todd, and Meghan came to my rescue. I would highly recommend, this Law firm. Get all your paperwork together in chronological order and contact them. All in all, my case went from claim to settled (cash in hand) within a few months. On a personal note, thank you to Meghan, she was patient with me (4,000 emails later). It’s hard to find people who care about the client more that the quick dollar.
