We had weekly contact about our case and it was handled with full detail and was resolved for charges that was bogus. I have a Client whom was charged with misdemeanor , possession of controlled substance,and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (felony) in lebanon county p.a; also failure to appear was issued on november21,2001.this case is dated Back to 1997.. However, Mr Neville Bain is a United States Veteran and has been out of the States on several Occasions thru The military of defense and had no knowledge of the case against him in case #CP-38-CR11431-2001 in lebnon county PA... and after looking into this case we also find that there is NO FINGER PRINTS AND NO PICTURE that was ever taken AND NO ARREST... MR. Bain also has never been arrested nor does he have a record of any kind.. I do thank you for any assistance in this most important matter.. sincerely yours Mr David D McClanahan
