My divorce was fairly straightforward, we were not fighting over anything and Robert guided me with information I needed in order to make the best decisions for my children and myself. When I set up my appointment to meet with him, he suggested I make notes so that I stay on track and get the most out of our meeting and I never felt rushed and he was fully participatory in our meeting, this wasn't 'just another meeting'. His knowledge of family law, of what options I had and what my rights are felt almost tailormade for me. I will forever be grateful to him for his kindness and compassion while also being a versed attorney and was able to make suggestions that actually saved me money and assisted in me obtaining my divorce. I currently teach a faith-based divorce program at my church and when someone asks for attorney suggestions, I confidently recommend him.

Robert was very prompt in responding to emails. Listens to you and understands and speaks in your best interest. My ex husband's lawyer kept delaying and making mistakes with the paper work, He guided the opposing counsel as well. Will recommend.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and care in which Mr Gigliotti handle my case he made sure that I understood everything that i was going through every step of the way. I felt as if I was receiving advice from a friend as well as an attorney.

I was involved in a credit card debt settlement dispute with a collection agency that I had made $200.00/month payment to for a little over 8 years (100 months) and had never missed a payment during the entire period. I occasionally would check in with the collection agency for my balance until I was told in the last but one month that I had one more payment to fulfill my obligation, which I did only to get a summons a few months later that I had reneged on the agreement because there was another $180 left to pay. So I sent them the check for $180 but they refused to accept it and wanted me to pay over $37,000.00 which included legal, court fees and penalties. I tried on several occasions to reason with them but they were intransigent ant that's when a friend referred me to the Gigliotti Law Group for legal representation. I am always leery of lawyers but Mr. Gigliotti put me at ease and after reviewing my case and asking a few questions, I could sense he was going to fight on my behalf. A couple of weeks later he sent me a draft of a letter to review for accuracy, that he was sending to the collection agency. He would frequently call and give me updates until four to six weeks later I got a letter from the Gigliotti Law Group, with an enclosed settlement offer from the collection agency stipulating that my case will be dismissed after sending them $180. It was such a relief to receive the final letter from the collection agency indicating that my case was done with. I have since called on the Gigliotti Law Group on other legal matters and they have been very helpful and fair to me. I would recommend them whenever I have the opportunity. Regards Charles
