Todd and his people were prompt and simply put got the job done. Only thing I would recommend is more communication during the process. I interviewed 3 firms and Todd was the only one that was able to view my case in a different perspective to see its validity.

I consulted Mr. Friedman about a harassment issue, Mr. Friedman was very confident and assured me of my rights as a consumer. He was always prompt to respond to emails and phone call's some of which were later in the evening, since then i consulted with Mr. Friedman about multiple cases. I would recommend him to anyone who need's a highly qualified lawyer.

MR FRIEDMAN HELP ME WITH DEBT COLLECTORS THAT WERE CALLING ME AND THREATHING ME ON THE PHONE, EVEN WHEN I EXPLAIN THE DEBT WAS WRITTEN OFF AND ONE I WAS STILL SENDING THE MONEY TO THE COMPANY AND DID NOT KNOW THAT HAD SOLD THE DEBT AND THE DEBT COLLECTORS WAS TRYING TO CHARGE THE DEBT UP 5000.00 MORE THAN WHAT I OWE SO MR FRIEDMAN STEP IN AND TOLD ME I COULD SUE THESE DEBT COLLECTORS FOR TRY TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT UP AND PLUS I WAS A SENIOR ON A FIX INCOME AND THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO SIGN PAPERS HE WAS A LIFE SENT FOR MY PROBLEMS

Todd is such an excellent lawyer I was very vert happy when he got every dollar I paid for this E350, 2010 model. I was going through starting problems and the mechanic says Ok alright when they were done with that problem. But within couple of months the problem reappeared, I got frustrated. At that moment somebody recommended Ted. He asked for all the paper work with repairs and sent by fax. He was up on the topic and communicated with me all along until I got money from the company. As a matter of fact I paid cash for that purchase. It was a happy ending with not much of troubles on my part. I was and am thankful to Todd.
