Barry was absolutely wonderful. He and his staff kept me informed about every aspect of my case, taking the time to answer any and all questions I had and making sure I understood what was coming on. Barry came to see me in the hospital at 6:30 in the morning because I was due to be transferred to another hospital out of town that same day. He gave me his cell phone and his email so I could communicate with him directly and he flew up to see me to speak face to face about my case. He sent me a gift basket when I had to go back into the hospital and even took a smaller fee than he was legally entitled to because he felt that the insurance amounts available would not fully cover all my medical needs. I never felt that he was out for his own gain or that he didn't truly care about me; every word out of his mouth felt genuine and I truly believed that he had my best interests at heart. I would use him again in an instant.

Attorney Barry Goldberg and assistant answered my questions whenever had any, I was comfortable knowing I was dealing with an attorney of integrity and handled business the way I would have. As far as keeping me informed the only issue with that is often times I would have to contact the office and see where things were and or needed but overall I would still say he is excellent and per my friends if im saying it, you can definitely believe it!

I had a issue with my insurance company and wasn't sure what was legally required by me. I consulted Barry and he provided straight forward legal advice. He explained the laws as they pertained to my situation and provided clear concise information on how to deal with the issue. Almost after a year of trying to resolve a case where I was rear-ended, a friend highly recommended Barry Goldberg. I wish I had done this a year ago, it would have saved me a lot of time and grief. Last year, I was involved in a car accident and not knowing much about auto insurance, I found out that I was under-insured, meaning I carried the minimal policy but I owed the difference exceeding in damages. I was not sure of the events to happen as this was my first car accident ever and I put up a question on this site as I was unsure of what the outcome will be. Barry was the first attorney to answer and gave me some comforting advice on the events to happen in my case, giving me the will to fight and anticipate what is going to happen, in my case. I suffered through a not-my-fault auto accident in January of 2010. Unfortunately the opposing insurance company is well known for it's habitual delays of paying plaintiffs. Berry is not only an awesome attorney, but he is also a noble human being. He is professional, caring, yet aggressive. He will fight for you and he will not stop till he wins the battle. We were so desperate when our insurance company dumped us and rejected coverage. Our whole life collapsed in front of our eyes. Barry, stood tall and strong and helped us fight with with the insurance company for our rights and brought them down on their knees.
