I contacted out to their office regarding my mother's N400 application. As is often the case with USCIS, the process was made more complex due to a Request for Evidence (RFE) issued after the interview. Mr. Fred, however, was able to prepare and submit the necessary documentation promptly. We received approval within a week, which was impressively quick. One aspect of Frederick's service that I particularly appreciated was the responsiveness. Every time I initiated contact, whether by email or phone call, I received a response on the same day.
