If you go to the big law firms, you will get the secretary on phone and then you gotta explain the whole thing over again. Ben is very responsive and very engaging any day anytime.. if he misses your call or text he will text or call back ASAP. I have a green card that has to be updated with my name and gender due to my identity change by law. I consulted multiple immigration attorneys, who explained how they handled my case and the service fee. I was very unsatisfied with all the answers and discouraged. Then, my last hope was Ms. Nazarian. I discovered her on the internet. I called her, and she talked to me like my family. She was very compassionate and empathetic about my situation. After responding to her Q & As, I felt like she was trustworthy and she gave me the faith that she would accomplish my goal promptly.
