I highly recommend Spencer & Associates! Richard and Janice took great care of me throughout the entire process, from taking all my information over the phone at the outset, before and during the deposition and then I thought my case was a lost cause and I had all but forgotten about it, and quite honestly, I thought they had forgotten about me but they tell you that up front, that you may not hear from them but they are busy working for you and I can assure you that they truly are! I got a surprise phone call one day, directly from Richard and he said he had good news for me and then just a few weeks later, I had a check in my hand! Many thanks to Spencer & Associates!

The muscle and tendon injuries I sustained from a car hitting mine from the side were worse than any I had had previously from rear-enders. Even though I was not seriously hurt, I need to be in top physical condition to do my job. Rather than waiting and taking a serious income loss, I contacted Richard within a month and he helped me get the help I needed to keep those injuries from limiting my capacity to work.
