I wasn't sure whether filing bankruptcy was the right move for me to pursue. I had just had a wage garnishment issued and the creditor was taking almost half of my check. I called Cal West Law. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to file a Chapter 7, 8, 13??? I spoke with Ali and he went over everything with me. Even now after I had the hearing, Ali and Cal West Law are still fighting for me to get some of the funds which were retained back in my pocket. Thank you Rhina and Ali.

They get five stars in this review because they EARNED every. single. one. (Check my yelp reviews, I’m a premier reviewer because most people don’t get five stars), but when you do the hard work, and you’re good at your job, and you deserve five stars, you just do… and they do. First of all, my attorney, Nathan Berneman, is brilliant. Brilliant; and also dedicated, very hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely a nice person. It turned out to be a great combination of skillsets to bring to bear on a very complicated nearly three-year case. This case had it all; extremely complicated bankruptcy issues, and bogus real estate liens, disputed deeds of trust in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. During this entire process I felt wonderfully represented and fully informed ALWAYS. Everybody in the office seems to be on the same page, which is great. Everything went very, very smoothly. This case just resolved a few days ago, with everybody happy. How often does that happen? Like I said, when you deserve five stars, you just do. THANK YOU!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Choosing Cal West Law was the best decision I made with my financial problem. They weren't actually my first option because I've already asked two firms and I was ready to go with one but luckily I ran into them when I searched online. I was really skeptical since I found them through google but every bit of doubt that I had went away as soon as I finished speaking to them on our first conversation. The first two firms already told me that Chapter 13 was my only option but with the deep knowledge and years of experience that they had, I got into Chapter 7. I found Galen on this website, and decided to give him a call despite the disciplinary action placed on his license. I am so glad that I did because my experience was the best amongst the other top rated options AVVO recommended. He didn’t cut me off, he didn’t try to dismiss me and talk about money or retainer fees or try to push me into a paid session. Speaking with Galen was by far the most welcoming and informative experience for me. He will give you his honest answer from experience and his consultation was beyond what I had anticipated. I had a lengthy divorce case, I had three different lawyers before Mr. Gentry. All of them were mediocre at best. I spent almost 30k with my previous lawyers with zero outcome whatsoever. Mr. Gentry got my case to trial and I am very happy with the result. During the process Mr Gentry was always responsive with my calls even after work hours. His assistant always called and give me regular updates about my case. He is THE BEST lawyer I ever encountered. If i had Mr. Gentry from the start, I think the divorce would have settled a long time ago with half of the total cost.

Mr. Gentry explained my Rights and obligations in my legal situation in a clear and easy way for myself to understand.
