My wives and my case has almost finalized and now that we have gone through the months long process working with Mr. Neil Bhartia, I believe it's important that I share our experience with any future clients. From the beginning when I called Neil (and yes, he has no problem with you calling him Neil) so schedule a consultation, I immediately felt at ease. Unlike two other attorneys that I contacted prior to contacting Neil, he was attentive and patient with us. I had a million questions and Neil stayed on the phone with me for over half and hour and we were not his clients yet. I was immediately sold on Neil, but wanted to meet him in person before deciding to retain him as our attorney. It was the best decision we made. He has been to incredibly patient with me, I'm a naturally anxious person by nature and he never made me feel like I was annoying him when I asked for clarification or asked for him to repeat what he had explained. I mean talk about a true client focused attorney. Neil was encouraging every step of the way, dealing with anything legal was extremely stressful for me, but no matter how many times I called or emailed him, he always called me back and never rushed me off the phone. He never asked for additional fees for his time, he is honest and will not scam you. I was further impressed when he provided us help with completing paperwork that was not part of our case. He once again answered my questions and went over the documents line by line, and all of this with our case being done. A truly amazing person and attorney, I can't express how grateful we are to have worked with Neil, we felt supported during one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. We feel lucky to have worked with Neil as our attorney.

Neil Bhartia was awesome. A lot of times you talk to lawyers and you're always wondering how much you can trust them. Not with Niel. He gives it to you straightforward and I never felt I was trying to be upsold into services I didn't need. He was very knowledgeable and helped me settle my case with expedience. I called Neal for a consultation and eventhough his expertise was more in the area of the plaintiff side he took the time and went out of his way to explain things to me and guide me as best he could and helped me to find a referral. He is a very caring individual, honest and practical. I would certainly refer him to any of my friends and absolutely keeping him in my Rolodex in case for the future! I was nervous about having to deal with a lawyer. So many negative things about lawyers on TV etc...but my opinion may be changing at least after meeting Mr. Bhartia. I couldn't sleep for long enough that I finally had to call someone and after looking at the reviews, I took my chances and called Mr. Bhartia. Guy is awesome. I didn't even feel like I was talking with some stuffy attorney. He's the coolest guy ever and sharp as a tack. He handled my matter without any issues and I'm sleeping better again :) Now my whole family goes to him for help!
