I never review anyone or anything - ever. The only reason that I'm on here now is because Mr. Payab deserves the praise. Last year, I ran into some unfortunate fraudulent, online businesses, which attempted to take $1,500 of my money on a technicality. Mr. Payab gave me direct and reasonably priced counseling that resulted in these businesses mailing me my money back. As a lawyer, he knew exactly what I needed to put the ball back into my court. This advice resulted in me getting the money back that I never thought I would see again. As a communicator, he easily takes complicated subject matter and gives you the key points in layman's terms. After this case, a friend of mine received a DUI, and I thought I'd pay-it-forward by giving Mr. Payab the recommendation. He listened to the scenario for free and then recommended another lawyer that specializes in DUI's instead of taking the case himself. A few weeks later, my friend's case was dropped. David was friendly and really helpful when I came to him with problems I had with the leasing office and lease agreements. He went over every little details with me and provided me with several options I could choose from to approach to solve the problems.

David is able to capture a lot of information in a short time period and translate it logically back to the client and provide several options. He is very rational in his approach and will tell you truthfully what will be the outcomes. I am dealing with a SLUM landlord/property management situation where students just like to throw parties every weekend and break every rule in the lease agreement and they landlord totally ignores the situation. David explained the situation is tricky to navigate and bailing out of a lease early can lead to repercussions. It's up to yourself to be responsible for the decisions.He is a good counselor and I recommend students just visit for some advice and then discuss with friends and family about further actions. I hired Mr. David Payab regarding an employment matter where I was wrongfully terminated. Although, my former employer went out of business, Mr. Payab was able to hold the parent company liable for my damages. Mr. Payab was also able to overcome the fact that the employee whom harassed me was nowhere to be found and I had no witnesses to corroborate the facts of my case. Despite all the difficulties in my case, Mr. Payab was able to secure a very large settlement against the parent company. I am very happy with the results in my case. Mr. Payab is extremely knowledgeable regarding employment litigation, and I definitely recommend him regarding any employment or wrongful termination matters.

I hired the Law Offices of Payab & Associates to advocate my case on a car accident case. My passenger and I were injured in a 4-car vehicle collision and we had to seek therapy for 3 months.
