They would not even help me with my case, so I’m writing a negative review on these guys and would not recommend them to anyone.

I contacted this office for help with setting up a corporation for a licensed physician to practice in CA. The initial response was immediate. However, after a brief introduction, I asked to subsequently speak with a lawyer. I called at least 5 times and talked to a person who said she had limited information about the company she was answering for yet I called the advertised number. I asked if she was a call center or answering service, and she only responded she had passed the calls on. The site is located in Woodland Hills according to the web. Somehow, I believe this to be an internet-only business. It would not be a problem if the model in place were more professional and responsive. We were searching for a law firm to have a relationship with, not just a person who asked for $1350 to process a three-day corporation and disappear. The reviews were so great, so we had such high hopes. The one star is for the initial conversation. Otherwise, I would have rated the experience as a zero. Be careful with whom you seek help, especially licensed medical providers. It's risky out there!

Called and set up a free Zoom consultation. Everything seemed to be set up. The host never joined. I called and someone took my info. I never heard back at all, except for the automatic emails.

Best lawyer around. I had so many questions as a PA who was trying to start her own practice and this office talked me through everything. I was able to set up appointments afterwords whenever I had more questions and everything was answered promptly. There was no run around or long waits. Highly recommend.
