Situation improved, Lem called me back to apologize and conducted two sessions with me. We're considering internally whether to move ahead. If move ahead, we will give a final rating on the service. Horrible experience, scheduled a meeting with Lemuel Juan from Mollaei Law, the whole time I feel like speaking with a ghost, not saying much and signal was breaking, then I gave him my cell phone number, he said ok, and for the following 7-8 minutes, no call and also no response from the Zoom meeting. What the hell? couldn't be worse. I saw most of the positive feedback are for EIN set up, maybe this type of easy task you can do well. But really, if your rep works like that, nobody's gonna trust you!
