Mr. McCaslin has been our Lawyer for over 5 years now for my Husbands Injury. The first day my husband meet with him, Mr. McCaslin told us that this was not going to happen overnight. Thank you to Mr. McCaslin for helping me sort out and deal with the mess of 3 car accidents, 2 being work related and one personal. I went into Mr. McCaslins office in tears from having to deal with a flood of phone calls from 3 different insurane companies, workers comp people, and doctors offices. It was so difficult for me to keep everything straight, the dates, the times, the locations, who hit who and who was responsible for my injuries and car repairs. Marie in the office was so nice and helpful in organizing all my "stuff" and she always knew what was going on with my mess of cases in answering any and all of my questions. I highly recommed Mr. McCaslin. He gets 5 stars :)

Dave McCaslin was a COMPLETE JERK. Horrible to deal with. Took him 3 weeks to get back to me. Then proceeded to be completely rude on the phone, to the point of mocking my situation, chuckling because it wasn't worth his time, and proceeded to berate me when I tried to ask a simple question. HIGHLY advise against this guy.

I have had several experiences with this law firm and they have been nothing less than spectacular. When Mr. McCaslin decides that he can help you, he gives you his all. 100%. Mr. McCaslin is knowledgeable, smart and friendly. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this law office!
