I’ve called a handful of times in the past 3 weeks. Left a voicemail the first time, waited a week and nothing. Spoke with some extremely helpful and courteous ladies when I called the other times to ask questions about making an appointment or what I should do regarding an incident that had occurred with my son, however, I have never received any callback from anyone even letting me know if I have a case or a chance at justice in this matter…just nothing… I have to admit I feel a little disappointed I’m sure that they are extremely busy, but even a phone call telling me to get lost would be better than nothing at all.

Always my first call anytime I need legal advice or assistance. Never fails to deliver in a time of need.

Steve Gimblin (and his staff) is very professional, courteous and provides a personal legal service that can't be found at other large law firms. Few years back, he helped sort out an ID Theft/Collection case for my sister. And just recently, my father started receiving fake collection letters threatening to take him to court. Steve handled the matter swiftly and figured out it was a bogus collection firm. And the best part is he didn't charge a penny for his legal assistance and advice with my father's case. These ppl "NEVER" call you back even when they tell you they'll call you back that afternoon or no later than tomorrow.
