I was referred to Connie Padia by a friend who hired her to represent him. After meeting with Connie. I had this strong feeling that she was a person that will support and guide you through the process. I hired Connie to represent me with my family case. One never expects there should be so much paperwork and understanding why it was needed. I had my doubts how this case would pan out due to all the information requested. Connie was straight forward and explained everything as to why is was all needed. There were times information was needed quickly but was not a factor here. When Connie gives you advise on what you should do. FOLLOW IT. She knows what she is doing and wouldn't steer you in the wrong direction. Just be straight up honest and provide the information. Notice to vendors this attorney is a thief. She double books process servers and only will pay for one. She pay's with a Credit card then will dispute the charge by saying she never received the Proof of service. If you work with them make sure your prepaid and the check clears before doing any work for her office

Unfortunately, I have had occasion to hire a number of Lawyers in the last few years and so have become a bit of an expert on what makes a good Attorney. I can say that Connie is the best that I have hired or faced. She is excellent at presenting a case, reacting to the turns that happen in a courtroom and is an all around great courtroom Attorney. In addition she is compassionate, caring and she inspires confidence. I would absolutely recommend her for divorce and child custody cases which is the area in which I have seen her perform. Her assistant Eliz is also top notch and keeps things organized and all of the details nailed down.
