I called him twice talked to his paralegal and left my info. He did not call me back. Then one day I was in his area about 2 or 3pm figured id just stop by his office. Got to the door and it was locked. Looked on the side and there was a car there. I guess he doesn't want/need clients.

Rude. Asked a straightforward question and got told he wasn't going to waste his time with me. If you can't answer a question about your business, then you don't need mine.
