I hired Gary to handle a DUI case for my daughter. My daughter has a number of complex medical and psychological issues that made a simple DUI much more difficult than it should have been. Gary helped us reach a satisfactory resolution with the court and was both understanding and supportive regarding my daughter's issues. His down to earth and relaxed manor put us all at ease during this stressful time. His office staff was exceptional as well. I want to particularly send a big thank you to Shelley for her assistance with our case, she was instrumental in helping me survive this whole ordeal and I owe her lunch next time I am in Denver. PS A bit of advice to anyone dealing with the legal system. Don't expect your lawyer to do all the work, you need to do everything you can to make sure that your legal team has the information and documentation to make your case. Work as a team member and you will likely be happier with the result.

Mr. Fielder gave us about an hour of his time. He talked with us about our case and how he would approach it. He stressed the goal of our reason to hire him. He totally impressed my bf, who doesn't have much respect or patience for lawyers. Mr. Fielder did not discuss cost until after he explained his strategy, reasons and his opinion on the final outcome. It was refreshing to have the costs laud out in easy to understand terms. He did not pressure us in any way. He even advised us if what we needed to do immediately.

I have used Gary for a few cases. He has always hit it out of the park like Mark McGwire when it came time for him to step up to the plate. Not only has has he successfully defended me against criminal charges he has also helped me get reparations for the violation of my rights as well. He is an experienced attorney with lots of trial wins under his belt to back his claims. Like any good attorney he is very busy which means if you want some of his time the best way to get it is to call his office and get on his schedule. If you want someone who can win your case he is one of the best in the state. If you've been a victim of the state or had your rights violated he is your man!

Gary recently represented my family member in a criminal case. Gary was not great at pretrial communication and I have to admit I was somewhat nervous because of this. What Gary lacked in pre-trial communication, he more than made up for in court. Gary did an outstanding job of addressing the charges in court and turned around the entire trial with his strategy and excellent closing arguments. He was very knowledgeable about the best approach to take and was completely committed to affecting the best outcome possible for the trial. All of our 'arm-chair' opinions about what an attorney should or shouldn't do in court don't mean a thing when you are facing the legal system in a real courtroom. If I am ever in court, I would want Gary representing me. I appreciate his knowledge, his strategic approach and his ability to speak to a jury.

I have worked with Gary on many cases and he very good at what he does. He pays attention to detail and is very confident.
