Was T-boned in an accident, medical bills were adding up, called Frank. 1- since the very first call to the last, I recieved nothing but professionalism, and above courtesy. 2- was continously updated on every new development about my case. Even in the "in between" moments I was still in the loop which made me feel like u was their only client. Most of my interactions were with Mr Justin Mccormick whom insisted that I knew and understood what was going on. Very reassuring. 3- After everything was said and done I came to realize that Frank and his team mean business!
