Someone previously wrote that they are ambulance chasers and that they are! I am betting that tow truck drivers have Azar on speed dial, and then get a kickback whenever one of their referrals calls in to report a possible claim! They only want "quick & easy" cases and profit by having the "volume" instead of handling the more difficult cases of those who really need a good attorney. My situation was too complicated and would take too long to settle, so they decided to pass on taking my case! These are true "cherry pickers" in every sense of the word!

I had to go through the Aurora, co branch Everything was great until I finished my physical therapy. Once all my bills were submitted there was no follow up. I never know what's going on. I contact my attorney he's never their, or at lunch, or on a call. So I leave a message days go by no phone call no nothing, I call again same scenario. I finally get a call saying my case is in the closing processes so it's been switched over to someone else. I spoke to this person one time, Then again no follow up I've been done with therapy since December! I have contacted this person on several occasions again same thing no returned calls, and never available. I've about had it with this firm there's no follow up, I do not feel like a priority. If you have an option look elsewhere.

For a high public figure attorney, Frank Azars associates really do care about their clients and what they are going through. Like his commercials on TV, not everyone has a million dollar case but he sure does take care of you and stays on top of you no matter what the outcome is . Hope I don't need an attorney again, but if I do I am definitely going back to Frank Azars law firm....

The law offices of Frank Azar were very professional and responsive when I had to use their services. The Attorney assigned to my case Dylan Unger returned all my phone calls promptly and explained to me what the process was. The case/outcome was a very positive one.

Only rated 1 star because not able to rate zero stars. My mother had her case dragged out 3 years settled for 90 grand and only received 26 grand. The "Strong Arm" really did strong arm my mother, so sad that their greed left my mother so upset and really is hurt for the rest of her life.
