In October of 2019, I was in a fairly serious auto-accident on I-25. At the suggestion of several people, I decided to contact Frank Azar and Associates regarding my case. I spent time researching reviews and one name kept popping up time and again, Phillip Amos. When my case was accepted, I requested to have Phil on lead. It ended up being one of the best things that have come out of this entire situation. My case was progressing normally and I was referred to stellar treatment and doctors by Phil. While I was focused on my rehab, Phil was focused on my case and it was moving along smooth as silk. I began to have high hopes that my treatment and my settlement would soon reach its end. Enter CoVid19. As the entire country began to shut down and my own employment vanished, I began to experience a very real fear for my financial situation and how long my case would (most likely) now drag out. Come to find out, I had nothing to worry about. The pandemic didn't stop Phil one bit. He remained vigilant on my case and continued progress, dauntless in his pursuit of resolution. Each step during the shutdown was hard-won by Phil and while my case slowed a bit, it never stopped moving forward. During this time he maintained close contact with me, provided regular progress reports, and even reached out time and again simply to ensure I was doing okay. I am completely satisfied with the treatment and care I received from Phil (and his support team). I even referred a case to the firm before mine was settled, that is how confident I am in their abilities. Heaven forbid I should find myself in a position of personal injury again but if I do, I know exactly who to call if I want it to be handled with competency, care, and compassion.

I went to Franklin D Azar after my auto accident. And I was assigned attorney Anna Martinez. There's no words to describe her, cause she was amazing. I am so pleased with her attentiveness and caring for me. God really put the best attorney for my case. I would reccomend Azar's office to everyone that has an auto accident.

These people are a joke. Pitiful. They will take your case, put off important medical treatment while they wait on "insurance numbers". They find out you're not worth enough to them, they throw you to the curb. Long and skinny they don't give 2 about their "clients". Just some sleazeball lawyers looking out for their best interests. What a joke.

It was a rocky start when they took my case. It was moved to three attorneys and communications were scarce at best. Greg Dowty was assigned my case in the end and when I told him about my wait and situation, he was nothing short of fantastic. He was always in contact with me, discussed options and was always professional and more importantly, nice. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was a great example of how one person can make a huge company or firm look great.

My husband had a horrific car accident in June 2019 and we were so blessed to be connected with Ted (Theodore) Ridder from the Frank D. Azar & Associates Office. From the VERY beginning Ted was caring, responsive, informative and focused on helping us navigate the difficult and complex world of dealing with medical and insurance professionals. Ted was also genuinely concerned with my husband and his current medical condition. Ted constantly asked how my husband was doing, what surgeries he was having and when, he called after each medical procedure to check up on myself and my husband and he was never more than a phone call away if we had a question or concern. We felt like we had a very strong supporter and advocate, fighting to help us through one of the most difficult, scary and uncertain times of our lives. I cannot say enough great things about Ted and the service we received from Frank D. Azar & Associates. We hope and pray our family and friends will never experience a serious car accident, but if they did we would send them directly to Ted and Frank D. Azar & Associates. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had on our claim with Dylan Unger. He was very easy to work with and was always trying to help in every way that he could. He was always positive and worked hard with the insurance companies. We would definitely use him again if necessary and would highly recommend him to others!
