Horrible customer service! Jacob never called me back after he promised he would. Just tried to call and the rude receptionist put me on hold for 20 mins. I will take my case elsewhere. Just silly to spend so much money in advertising your janky business to not even get back to people.

After having a rough start being bounced around to a couple different attorneys. I can say I am happy and pleased with the hard work and consistency my current attorney has put into my case! I was hit from the rear on the highway and frank didn't have anything to do with my case. He shuffled it off to a lesser skilled attorney that said 1500.00 was the best he could do for my permanent back injury so when they say they will get you a good settlement is a big lie and frank azar doesn't handle your case himself that's also a big lie. Don't trust this lying company. Rip off. Go see Geoff Gunnison. He doesn't lie.
