I hired Frank Azar after my accident and in the beginning I had an esquire who assisted me, a month later she was reassigned and here I am 18 months later on my third assigned esquire or assistant with no resolution. I have been shuffled around and feel lost. I called and spoke with someone who basically stated my accident was minor and told me to send them all my Dr bills. The other drivers insurance accepted full liability the same day and paid for a rental car for 6 months. The second esquire even filed a claim with MY insurance without my knowledge or approval. When I asked why and told him I had not approved it… he just said that is what we need to do to get max $. What???? If this is your first time in an accident you might want to look elsewhere.

Frank Azar was a great choice. Especially my lawyer Dylan he got me everything I needed and more.

I was referred to Frank Azar when he first started his firm and after our first consultation, he contacted me saying he needed to meet but he tried to wine and dine me with the wrong intentions. It makes me sick to think he got away with this behavior.

My experience with Ryan Hoover as my representative was above my expectations, I came into the experience of having a work comp claim with some skepticism but he put that at ease. He handled my case with diligence and the professionalism to wrap everything up quick and to my liking. Due to some unforeseen circumstances the process was a little longer than expected; however, they worked diligently, were very transparent and helped with any questions. It seemed very bleak for us, but they manage to step up and get our case solved.

Had a representative help with paperwork. I couldn't fill out the paperwork for Mr. Frank Azar or my company both hands in a cast. If we're not for Mr Azar's office, my paperwork still wouldn't be filled out. Thank you for all your help.

Malísimo el servicio . Piden muchos requisitos ,después según un evaluador del caso consultan y si no es de mucho dinero ,no lo toman y gracias .jajaja solo pierde uno el tiempo .malo en verdad ,no es lo que dicen en anuncios . Podrán desir que el caso no valía ,pero claro que lo vale eso es garantizado .pero no vale lo que ellos buscan de dinero ,ya que se quedan con una muy muy buena tajada siempre .el que pierde es el axidentado .

I started with another attorney and Patty Meester took over weeks into this process. I originally felt passed around as anyone would but then realized it was the best thing that could’ve happened. Patty has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She has responded within 24hours every time I needed anything and has never dropped the ball. She has been very thorough with explaining everything so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Last but obviously not least she was tough on the opposing side to make sure she got us everything that was available to us. Very highly recommend Frank Azar firm and specifically Patty Meester !!!

Frank Azar & Associates has been absolutely amazing for me! They took care of everything for me, kept me informed the whole way through, and always made sure I understood everything going on. Jonathan is the best! He made sure I got the money I deserved!
