I worked with Alex for my car accident case. He was very professional. Very good on negotiating and helped me get a lot larger of a settlement then what the other side was trying to pay for my injuries. Very pleased.

I would love to leave a better review however I seem to be having difficulty getting the remaining check that was supposed to be issued. I think the amount is a little too high to just disregard. I have reached out several times and it just doesn’t seem to be a high priority for anyone to respond back to me. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I wish Helen was still the one I was working with, she’s fantastic, she was always available when I needed anything etc…I honestly don’t know how to resolve this matter. The experience I had was amazing up until this little issue. So far it has been over 3 weeks and I have only heard back from them once and was never told the status of the final payment. SMH just sad honestly.

The end result was very good, but through this difficult period for me I felt like your team did not want me as a client. I had five lawyers four of which were different. This is why I felt like the black sheep in the family. I had Shanon Marino two times and then Patty Mister at the end. I was worried that whoever I got would not be prepared, but Patty Meester was very professional, very good at the mediation and it wound up just fine. So, this is my best answer I can give to you and your firm. A suggestion on my part would be to stay with one lawyer through the whole process.
