I have never used a attorney for a car accident before and decided right away that it would be better to have a professional handle the paperwork. I only spoke to my attorney instead of hundreds of different people. I could not be happier in my decision. Adjusters hospitals billing different county ambulances insurance companies not one did I have to speak with for hours on end. My attorney took care of everything and answered ever call and every question that I had. In the past I have had reservations about using a attorney as I usually like to handle everything myself. "J.H." saved me time which there is never enough of.

Josh Hotchkiss is my attorney in this case. I feel he has handled my case with tenacity. He was not at any time afraid to tell me the bottom line in my situation. I was rear ended by a drunk driver with no insurance. The insurance coverage was my med pay and un/under insured coverage. I've heard these cases take up to a year, and my case has been ongoing since July 7, 2019. I just got a settlement...from my insurance policy. I am applauded by the insurance companies ability to drag their feet. And how is it ok for my insurance company to only pay partial payments to my medical providers. Insurance companies are not a friend to the victims, they only love the money they can get and the ability to control the public with their confusing and ever changing policies. I believe Josh did a fine job at processing my case, and he was absolutely a courteous gentleman throughout all of this confusion. He clearly knew what to do for my case and carried it out with no surprises. There are still some remaining billing issues that Josh is investigating to finish up this case. I am really glad I called Frank Azars group for getting it resolved. Thanks again!
