I was signed on to this law firm here in 2015. Me and my husband were involved in a car accident involving a Drunk Driver. The driver, thank god was insured. I had my case assigned to Mr. Pennywell. He was a very rude, Insensitive person. He made me feel as though i was working for him as to him working for me. I asked for my case to be reassigned to another attorney, after really considering firing them. I just really wanted to give them a chance. I was reassigned to Shannon Moreno. I spoke to her for the first time yesterday. Which i had to call and find out who my case was assigned to. Besides that i was told I was eligible for a pre-settlement loan. I did call back today to inquire information on that loan. I called my new assigned attorneys assistant Alex. Asked him if he could talk to Shannon to see how i can go about getting the loan she told me i could get, but would not recommend i get because of interest rates. She then called me back today saying her assistant said i wanted a checj cut to me today and all kinds of other things I NEVER EVER SAID..... Then she said "We have decided to realease your case". Im ok with that. I just am not going to pay them for giving me and my family more problems and enduring more stress. I thought they were there to help us. Instead made things worse. It was gods will they realeased our case..... Please do some research before choosing this law firm.

Mr. Turner was a excellent attorney. Very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. Completely honest and quick responding to my needs and situation. A excellent lawyer that you can trust and have all the confidence in to get and do the best for you. Highly recommend!!!!

They turned away my case because it was "tough and to "peppered." Basically he didn't want to take on a case that he would have to work for. False advertising. Look at their reviews and history thru the internet. Lot's of issues. I am glad I did more research.

She was very helpful in this unpleasant process and got me a settlement that was very fair. In my opinion, Frank Azar & Associates, is a legit law firm for personal inury cases. I give it two thumbs up.

Azar gave my information to them. I received a call back the very same day from attorney Robert Merkel. Every time I called and needed a question answered if he wasn't able to answer the phone and I left a message I received a call back. Today I received my settlement and thanked him for being so professional in handling my case. I would recommend this law firm to anybody that needed someone that is going to listen and take care of business. VERY pleased job well done!!!!! Thank You again Robert.

There has to be better attorneys than this to handle a personal injury claim. I was dissatisfied in every way.
