I contacted this lawyer in November of 2023 when he agreed to take my case. At the time of intake, Adam stated that they moved quickly and he would get started on the case right away. I followed up every month because nothing was being done, or accomplished in my case month after month! In May of 2024, seven months later I received the only professional letter from Adam Gleason regarding any progress whatsoever. The letter stated that he was "Terminating Representation" because he didn't feel the case was worth enough. No phone call, just the letter. This man is immoral, lazy, has an atrocious work ethic should have his license revoked. I have decided to report him to the Colorado Bar Association.

I was referred to Adam and I'm so glad I was able to work with him. It didn't take more than 10 minutes of talking to know I would hire him. My case couldn't have gone better and Adam's experience resulted in record being completely clean after 1 year of minimal community service. Adam Gleason helped with the introductory and preparatory stages of my case and steered it in the right direction. The firm decided to use another lawyer for the final hearings but Mr. Gleason was instrumental in keeping me informed of all that was going on up to that final stage. He was very helpful and professional with this difficult case involving skewed perceptions and witnesses (no hard evidence), I highly recommend him and the Bagley Firm. I nearly wrote "Good" only for the "kept me informed" part but it could go both ways, maybe I didn't ask enough questions or press for more information so for part of the process I felt like I needed more guidance. Be sure to always ask all the questions you need and be informed as much as you can about every step of the way.

I was on an out of state business trip and, unfortunately, was witness to an unfortunate event. As a doctor and a small business owner closing shop to respond to the subpoena was not a very viable option. He worked diligently and always kept me well informed of the developments as they occurred while tracking down the information, law that applied and pertinent state representatives necessary to clear this up. After about two months of his diligence my warrant was quashed and the charges and case dismissed without me ever having to set foot in CO, like I said a miracle. The costs of their services were very reasonable and I never felt they were asking too much. In fact I believe the opposite because what price would I pay to still be here taking part in my sons life and helping him grow into a fine young man. I felt Adam Gleason and the Bagley Law Firm really cared about us. I would recommend them to anyone in need of legal advice or representation!
