Scam. Got a parking violation letter citing expired tag for over 9 months ago today. I have recurring monthly pass for the location.

Scam.

Same thing happened to me, I received this in the mail. Please know this is not legit!

SCAM. The State of Colorado needs to shut down this place ASAP. My little sister received this collection letter dated 04/03/2018 and 04/27/2018. She was not even in the US in April 2018. She first comes to the US in August 2018 and she never owned a car with the license plates mentioned in the letter neither someone in my family. SHAME on you for trying to collect money from innocent people. Hope someone sues this place and makes them pay millions of dollars for trying to collect money from innocent people. 😡

Received a threatening letter from this office about a supposed parking violation on car I no longer owned in a city I've never visited. SCAM! Zero stars for criminal behavior, but it won't let you post without giving at least 1 star.

SCAM!!!! Do not respond to them. I received the same letter.

Girlfriend got scam notice, but easy to figure out as name was wrong.

They sent me a letter saying I owe them money for a recent ticket. Right. I haven't left my home state since the pandemic started. I got really suspicious when they said to make sure to provide my driver's license number on all communications. Gonna sent the letter to the BBB.

Very Rude!!!! I can’t even begin to describe how they treated me. They have complete disregard for people. I would not recommend giving them business. My husband got a parking ticket in Milwaukee but had paid for parking and did not put the ticket in the dash board. He is new to this country, speaks little English, and did not know that is the process for paid parking. After calling and emailing several times, we never heard back from the company. They then sent our information for our ticket to this law firm and they would not listen to or consider the situation. This was clearly an accident and we had already paid. They are only after your money!!!

Total scam. Sent me two notices through mail that I need to pay $100 for over parking. I called the company and they said, "you actually owe a total of $250". I even told them I called ogden city court and confirmed my ticket's were all up to date. He just said, "my records say you still owe $250". Don't pay these scammers anything.

I paid my parking ticket and i still recieved a debt collectors letter!! You guys seriously suck👎🏼!!!
