I highly recommend David Kirch, for his ability, his ethics, his enthusiasm and his wisdom. He has represented me in a highly complex, bitterly fought, emotionally and legally demanding, often exasperating matter. It has demanded careful investigation, extensive preparation, knowledgeable research, capable trial abilities, and wise decisiveness. Being a lawyer myself, I have been able to appreciate many aspects of his service that might go unnoticed by a layman, such as his strategizing for long-term results and his ability to see a larger picture than might be obvious from the facts. His knowledge and experience in his field are appreciated and admired by the Bar, and have served him well in representing me.
