Wow ! Very confusing process , and very long wait 3yrs 8 months Just glad it’s Over Not worth waiting the extra year for the last offer from ins comp . No break down of money that was deducted from final checks When questioning the assistant attorney for Tim we where told He not exactly sure of the exact amount and what for Said he normally doesn’t give the final check that Tim is the one that does it. So walking out the door I said to my friend that was Bull—-it The assistant attorney overhears this and comes out of the office to confront me chest to chest face to face like he wanted to fight We avoided the conflict and left Good Luck
