My name is Diane and i was injured in a rear end car crash in January of 2022. i was in a snow storm and my car was stuck in the snow. i was sitting in my car with my seat belt on when i was hit by a 4 door sedan. In July of 2019 a horrible accident. occurred. I was taking my teenage son home from hockey practice, on a road we normally traveled, when I suddenly crashed into a parked tractor-trailer. At first, I didn’t know what happened but later learned the tractor-trailer was facing the wrong direction and painted solid black. Because it was facing the wrong direction, there were no reflector strips in my direction. I never saw the trailer. I suffered nightmares, sleepless nights, and severe emotional distress following a crash where I witnessed my son nearly lose his arm. I immediately rushed my son to the hospital, and later hired an attorney. The owner of the tractor-trailer completely denied responsibility.
