I needed to re-do my will. I sought out attorneys near me. I can't imagine I could have found a better person than Jesse Aschenberg. Jesse was exactly what I needed. Very professional & knowledgeable, a pleasure with whom to do business. Most important to me was his ability to translate the usual legalese mumbo-jumbo into something I could understand. I don't know the entire scope of law that Jesse practices... I just needed a will. But I will not hesitate to seek his advice in any legal issue I encounter. When I called on Richard gamma for help due to a fall from my wheelchair, I was discouraged. I had called attorney after attorney from those TV commercials, and none of them wanted to deal with the case. Finally, someone told me to get ahold of Richard, and tell him what happened. When I discussed the details he immediately advised me that he would be interested in trying to help me. Even though I was an hour away, he drove to town to speak with my wife and I. After meeting face-to-face, he was prepared to take my case and had the appropriate paperwork with him to do so. Richard personally kept in touch with me through phone calls, emails, and text messaging. I was made aware of every move that he made during a very thorough investigation of my situation. He went above and beyond tracking down resources that were beneficial in coming to a settlement agreement. He did not push me towards the settlement, he educated me on how things would go in a trial, and educated me on how things would go with a settlement, then waited for my wife and I make the decision. Once we decided on a settlement, he went to the insurance company with a well-thought-out amount that we would be asking for. Long story short, after several back and forth negotiations, he was able to get us 3x their original offer. I accepted, and Richard had the check processed and ready to be paid out in a few days. To top it all off, he again made the drive back to our place in order to wrap up our paperwork, and hand deliver the check. He makes a difficult process easy to deal with due to his outstanding personality and his professionalism. I would absolutely recommend his firm to anyone that thinks that they may have a case.
