Mr. Noel assisted me with an employment matter that was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. Buddy understood my goals from the beginning, and we got along well. He helped me resolve matters with my former employer without burning any bridges, but he also helped me reclaim the wages that were owed to me.

I worked with Mr. Noel on a very unusual case involving a tech startup and some nontraditional severance negotiations. I am so glad I found Mr. Noel -- he has more decades of experience than I have life, and yet remains flexible, curious and willing to try new things upon that bedrock foundation of hard-won wisdom. Mr. Noel is someone who seems to stay in the profession for his love of helping people, and his love of the art of legal practice, and he will continue to be my go-to employment lawyer for as long as I can keep him.

It was the worse experience ever with Mr Noel,he didn’t answer my questions, he didn’t even listen to me or try to understand my case. I felt like he was attacking me and treating me like an idiot, he spend 35 minutes with me on the phone, and he give me absolutely zero information that would help me with my situation, I paid for one hour consultation and he didn’t spend an hour with me and he just insulted me. I do not recommend this attorney at all.

We had an opportunity to met Mr. Noel and couldn't recommend him at all. His biased, partial and condescending attitude was clearly didn't help both sides to come up with a good result. As others mentioned, he cares only about how can he bill us for any chance issue.

I used Mr. Noel for two matters mounting up a tremendous amount of fees. Unfortunately, he was ineffective with both matters and more interested in fees than resolving matters timely and cost effectively. By asking Corporate Attorney Contacts, I finally found an excellent attorney who charged reasonable fees, was very empathetic, action-oriented, honest, fair and an outstanding person.
