Dan Reynolds is true professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He assisted me with a huge real-estate deal in Colorado, long distance, as I was in New York during the entire process. Having Dan represent me locally was greatly appreciated and facilitated a smother and successful closing.

Daniel helped me resolve a dispute I had with my Homeowner's association. I explained my argument to him and he wrote a letter and was able to resolve the problem immediately. He knows his stuff and I felt confident that with his expertise we would not have to prolong the issue. The argument was resolved and I won the argument.
