I hired Flatiron to first help me wade through my options, risks, and path during my divorce. Chris was very down to earth, understanding and was proactive in finding me options and explaining every step of the way should I choose this way or that. He was very responsive as well; even on weekends and after hours. I felt the fees were fair and I got what I paid for and then some. As far as Dave Rich, I hired him to help me with legal title transferring. He held the same standards as Chris; responsive, professional, timely and informative. Near the end of my process, I needed some things edited in contracts quickly and Dave was able to pull through quite fairly. I would not hesitate to recommend nor use Flatiron Legal again.

I had planned to go into the hospital for a routine visit, but had realized we had never gotten our estate and will planning setup to deal with any sort of circumstance. Dave was courteous to our needs for such a short notice and setup a meeting to have everything done in just a couple of days before my hospital stay. I was going in for knee surgery, and though I don't have kids, I was feeling unsettled getting surgery without a completed Will. I owned a house and a few assets and thought best, as they say, to get my affairs in order. As is typical for me, the decision to get organized came only a few days prior to the surgery. He sent me all the documents I needed to complete my Estate Planning and within days I had my Will, Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will. It was SO EASY!
