I contacted David regarding setting up a will and trust. Everything sounded fine. He responded to us on June 6th with forms that we needed to fill out and return to him. We filled them out and returned them to him on June 9th. No response from the 9th to the 24th. I called office and left a voicemail. Week passes w/o response. I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. Week passes w/p response. ... I called a different lawyer.

Mr. Rich took my child support case without knowing if we would ever collect a dime. He worked tirelessly for 14 months until I finally received my first child support payment. I had given up any hope of ever receiving anything. He had to work with Social Security who would only respond via US mail. I applaud his efforts and don't know many attorneys who would pursue this without receiving any payment until the case was resolved.

As a non-parent, I was very apprehensive about pursuing custody of my nephew, who had been living with me for three years. Dave was the perfect choice. While being comfortable with his legal knowledge, there was the big benefit of the guidance to keep a level head and not get bogged down in the needless fighting that can become such a complication in custody issues. I'm happy to say that the outcome of the case ended with a result that is best and balanced for the child involved. I think my experience would have been a lot more difficult without Dave!

Dave helped us with our estate planning and wills/living wills, which we had been procrastinating on doing for years! Dave Rich is phenomenal! My battle took just over a year but he stuck with it & showed his dedication in fighting for what my children & I needed. I'm a single mother with limited income, Dave takes proper steps to keep costs low. He is very dedicated and diligent! Made you feel very comfortable. Fees are much lower than other good attorneys in the area. Just a good trustworthy guy. I am going back to him for several additional issues.
