I asked Chris if I could please do a review for him. I have had the privilege of working with Chris, for over 3 years. Him and the team were outstanding. After my accident and injury, I was struggling with day-to-day tasks. And was trying to work with the insurance company. Very quickly dawned on me I needed help. I had contacted several lawyers, with no confidence within them. I contacted Chris even know he was 30 miles from me. He came out and met with me went over my case. He helped me to understand the scope of what would take place. After hiring him he took over everything, him and the team stayed in constant contact with me, not only helping me but encouraging me. I was hoping that my settlement would at least cover the doctor bills, Chris was able to get the full settlement I am very grateful to him in the team. Chris Jeffress was such a huge help in my case! I was in a car accident and he helped me understand my rights and took care of me and everything needed every step of the way. Being in an accident is never good... especially when you have life changing injuries, but Chris sure did everything he could to make it as easy as he could to get through the settlement process. Although I did not receive the settlement that I was warranted, I know Chris did everything in his power to try and get the best settlement possible without having to go to court. It was a long and complicated case with added challenges along the way (another car accident for example), but I never felt like Chris gave up on me or the case. He couldn't have been more patient with me. I appreciated him taking so much time to keep me in the loop about what was going on and explaining the process in detail.
