Hired Karen while still in the hospital so did not meet her face to face for a couple of months. I don't know if it was because of that but I have found communication with Karen to be very difficult. She does not explain things or respond to questions. I have been very frustrated with her. She does know what she is doing but I am unsure of her motives. Not sure if she was really helping me or just trying to get money from a large corporation.
