I was hopeless with my case and was facing a probation violation along with my second DUI and was facing jail time. Barry took charge of my case and was very honest from the start. He did not make false promises but did everything in his power to help me out. He truly cared about me as person and I did not feel like I was a client. End game was he got the dui dropped and I went from facing 60 days in jail with years of probation to paying a fine for reckless driving. Highly recommend Mr. Lancaster he is 100% worth every penny.

I was pulled over for speeding and very questionably brought in for a breathalizer after roadside tests, resulting in a charge of DWAI. I did NOT want a criminal charge on my record and believed that there were many issues with how I was arrested and charged. However, my options were extremely limited.
Barry was an absolute life saver. Even when the DA made it absolutely clear over many months that they would not budge on my case and planned to take me to trial, Barry stood his ground. The entire time he was honest with his guidance, outlining all of our options.
Our case resulted in an actual trial in front of a jury, which took place over 13 grueling hours. Curve balls were thrown at us left and right, including the state entering a "surprise" witness to try and refute my account and breath results. At the end of it all, my trial resulted in a NOT GUILTY verdict from the jury (and rightfully so).
Barry won this case where many others would not have.
Mr. Lancaster is an absolute professional and ensured that justice was served. I feel like a tremendous burden has been lifted off my back. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I was "questionably" pulled over for speeding and the officer wanted to conduct roadside tests because of his claim of smelling alcohol. I refused subjective roadside tests and agreed to blood alcohol test. Barry was very diligent at explaining our options for DUI charges and expected court proceedings, which was very helpful since all of this was new to me. He successfully resolved my case to a deferred judgment decision and future dismissal after I complete community service and classes. The DUI charge was a tremendous life burden plus unchartered waters for me, Barry took the time and effort to support my concerns and won the deferred judgement on my behalf. I would highly recommend Barry for legal consultation and representation as a defense attorney!

Being in the situation that I found myself in, Barry stepped up to the plate. Not only did he get my case dismissed with nothing on my record, he assured me that he would handle everything and anything that arose, and he did. I would recommend Barry to anyone. He truly did a tremendous job and I know that if I am ever in need of a lawyer again Barry will be my first call.

My situation was hopeless I was looking at 6 months in jail and was understandably depressed. Not only did Barry handel the case expertly and put in a lot of work (and ultimately won) but you could tell he genuinely cared about my well being. You won’t find a better attorney for criminal/DUI!

I felt so hopeless after my DUI charge and didn’t think there was much that could be done. I didn’t want to go at it alone so I hired Mr. Lancaster. Barry was looking to get these charges dropped from the beginning. He is confident in the court room and very thourough. If there is something that can help your case, he will find it.

My son (aka the idiot) was charged with DUI and opted for a blood test rather than the breathalyzer. I live in CT so dealing with my son's indiscretions was a problem due to distance. I interviewed a number of attorneys over the phone, but after speaking with Barry for a few minutes, I knew I'd found the right attorney. Barry got the case reduced to careless driving and a minimal fine.

When you are facing a DUI/DWAI charge, the experience can be overwhelming.
Almost every aspect of your life can be affected.
And you need to take action, the long term ramifications can be serious. I know, it happened to me.
Fortunately, I found expertise and a steady professional demeanor in hiring Barry to represent me legally.
In taking the time to understand every aspect of your case, you can count on Barry to be direct in pointing out the strengths and challenges in your case. From there he will be on the journey with you through this difficult time.
Being adept at navigating legal intricacies is of course what lawyers do, what you hope for, in hiring counsel. To have someone in your corner with an alcohol charge, when it can seem like the odds are stacked against you, you want that in a lawyer - Barry is that person.
Determining what was legally possible with my case is something Barry made very clear to me, maybe not what I always “wanted,” but what was possible. More than just, “doing his job,” this due-diligence to keep me “in-the-loop” provided a steady sense of value.
Clearly at ease and competent with all aspects of legal proceedings, in the courtroom, and with the Prosecuting Attorney (DA), Barry will take a stand for your situation. No possibility will be left un-attended to.
When appropriate, he knows how to bring force to bear, while also maintaining a steady professional presence.
Most important to mention here is that with Barry’s representation, my DWI charge was reduced to a non-alcohol moving violation. Essentially the very best outcome one could hope for.
There is a lot going on with a DUI/DWI, don’t let it get the best of you.
Legally, as you would hope in hiring an attorney, you can trust Barry will attend to all aspects of your situation… Personally, I can tell you from my own experience, he will “have your back” as well.
