I had already set up a Trust in Virginia years ago and needed an update when moving to Colorado. I was impressed with Braverman's on-line reviews and set up an interview. I was sold after our complimentary 1 hour meeting (that lasted 2). My Trust Attorney in VA was very good, but Bennett has been excellent. He is truly family oriented and takes a real interest in his clients. The "family meeting" at the end of the Trust development process is invaluable and a service I have not seen offered before. My children learned a lot from this important meeting. You are in good hands with Bennett Braverman. I have great confidence in him and I am happy to have him as my Trust Attorney.

My husband & I hadn't reviewed our Trust or wills in over 15 years We found Bennett Braverman and hired him to work for us in getting our assets updated. Bennett is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This type of work is typically miserable in it's content and scope. That was not our experience. We didn't know what to expect when we decided to hire an attorney to talk about estate planning. Bennett immediately put us at ease and explained our options in detail. He was terrific at establishing a connection with us and took lots of time to help us explore different options. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the legal aspects of our family trust document. His explanations were clear and he answered all our questions. He even took the time to meet with us and all our adult children at one meeting, so that they could listen to an explanation of the decisions we had made. We now have peace of mind about our estate and trust and that, to us, is priceless. We recommend Bennett without reservation.

Really enjoyed working with Bennett and his staff to create my living trust. His focus on my situation and his work to know my wishes was very thorough. It's a process and I felt it was handled very well.

After being pleased with the Trust Bennett wrote for my wife and I, we came back to him for help with my aging mother's Trust. Her existing Trust, written by another attorney had a weak and in adequately written Power of Attorney document. Bennett wrote a very detailed document that specifically addressed a number of issues. My mother's bank's Trust officer told us that in eight years she had never seen such a comprehenisve. POA. It was easily accepted and executed.

I did not realize building a trust for your family could be fun. The first meeting with Bennett was a master's class in estate planning. I met Bennett over four years ago on a ancillary gift tax issue associate with a real estate purchase. Bennett was more than generous with his time and expertise despite lack of direct gains. I was impressed by his command of the subject matter and his patience in explaining complex and some what arcane tax issues. Four years later, when it was time to set up my own estate, I went back to Bennett. Bennett immediately remembered who I was as well as mundane personal details of me and my family, despite having only spent a few hours with me four years ago. I was a little taken aback by but the warmth in his embrace and firmness of his handshake made me feel like I was seeing on old friend. He made my S.O. and I feel immediately at ease and took great lengths to map out the entire estate planning process, answering myriad of our seemingly endless and perhaps pedestrian questions along the way. Bennett always took the time to ask how things were going and was genuinely interested in us as people. We never felt rushed or judged. He was also generous and engaging about sharing things in his life, something that is more often overlooked by his peers in the profession. On the topic of the actual creation of estate plan, Bennett is patient, methodical, and inquisitive. On obscure scenarios that Bennett has not encountered previously, he has devoted hours to understanding the statutes and best practices, then comes back to present his findings and recommendations. He is truly the epitome of the term "counsel." I wholeheartedly recommend Bennett's services.

Bennett put together an estate plan for me and also helped me with succession planning for my business. He was truly excellent! I was in a bit of a rush to get through the estate-planning process, and he went above and beyond in order to provide me with all of the knowledge I needed to make reasonable decisions, as well as prepare the related trust documents, etc., in a very short timeframe. I found Bennett to be extremely intelligent, and he also has a personality that I found quite refreshing. In fact, I was surprised at how he was able to lighten the mood and make it comfortable to discuss emotional issues without underemphasizing the importance of what we were trying to accomplish.
