Mike was incredibly helpful in representing me in a difficult situation. From the first call, I could sense that he was invested in my case and helping me obtain the best outcome (which we did!) while also being honest and realistic about what was possible and explaining the situation thoroughly. He was responsive and available even during the holiday season when this all occurred. Dealing with a high-conflict divorce, Sarah Rizzolo is not only extremely knowledgeable, she is also highly sensitive to the traumatic nature of the case. Sarah will 'check in' with me and make sure we are okay and that I know what is going on. She always has our best interest in mind and she is very straight forward and capable of seeing the bigger picture. I contacted the Ferrell Law Firm on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to converse with a representative. On next business day, Mike Ferrell called me and took my case. Mike kept me informed throughout the process. He explained the process to me, in detail, and I did not feel he was talking over my head. I had many questions and he answered each one promptly and clearly. Mike was optimistic throughout the proceedings which kept me optimistic as well. I heartily recommend this law firm hands down.

I HIGHLY recommend working with attorney Michael Ferrell. He is very professional and responds quickly to any questions. I hired him to help with a traffic violation ticket because I did not want my car insurance to increase. Mr. Ferrell helped me fight a 3 points moving violation ticket and got it reduced to 0 points non-moving violation ticket!! And, my fine was reduced by less than half of what I was originally suppose to pay!! 5-star attorney in my book!

We interviewed two other attorneys about an accident involving our children, both said the kids would get a small amount and my therapy for witnessing the accident wouldn’t be included. Mike got the girls a triple digit number and a small claim was awarded to me for therapy. Mike is relentless, reliable and a cut above the rest. I’d recommend him to any friend.
