I am an out-of-state intended parent via surrogacy who was referred to Ginny by my surrogacy agency. From the start, she was informative, responsive, and personable. Ginny provided more time than I expected to walk me through the complexity of the surrogacy contracts, helped me negotiate some very sensitive terms, and advocated for me every step of the way. She has continued to touch base with me in between legal milestones. She's gone above and beyond other surrogacy attorneys I've worked with. As a tough critic of any professional service provider, I highly recommend working with Ginny.

I highly recommend Virginia Frank for any cases you might have in Adoption matters, especially those across state lines. She has been doing adoption for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all the legal in's and out's no matter how long it takes. I really appreciated her patience and availability even on weekends.

I signed up to be an egg donor via a company called Loving Donation. We were months into the process when shortly after I emailed the company requesting to be reimbursed for a prescription, they completely stopped ALL contact with me. I called and emailed repeatedly. I was so alarmed, I reached out to Virginia and she responded so quickly and was so 'on it' that she got an IMMEDIATE response from the company. She knew exactly what to do. I got paid my donor money as well as reimbursed for the prescription medication. I still feel confident that if I didn't reach out to Ginny I would not have been compensated for being an egg donor.

Ms. Frank charged twice as much as other adoption lawyers and delivered nothing. She forgot to get the birthfather to sign off, she did not look at the social worker report, and she charged more for the things she messed up on. I would drive a million miles away from her and go for Mike, he knows what he is doing and is fair in terms of cost. Virginia is not a competent attoney, but charges more to make you think she is. Don't do it.
